TABLE!

Heres the deal... Landon and I have NEVER had a dining room table (aside from when we lived with his dad), so please excuse my EXTREME excitement over our new beaut.

Since a little before we moved into our house Landon and I have been looking for a table (we didnt get one at the apt. because we didnt want to move it, and we turned what was supposed to be our dining room into a office type space).. let me just say its been a freaking task. We are so picky, and I insisted we needed one that sat 6, with a table leaf (for the future when we have kids and have grandparents, cousins, or friends over n such) 4 wasnt going to cut it. I was not about to buy a table that would hardly last us. So 6 chaired table... task. 6 Chair table that matched our cabinetry EXACTLY (im not one for mismatching wood...).. oh and a table that wasnt ridiculously priced ( I once fell in love with a table about 6 months ago that was WAY out of the budget). Well, last week the Hub and I went on a mission.... we were going to find a table... and we DID! R.C. Willey had a great deal on  a table that was perfect.. they have only had classic looking tables that were lighter wood, were more on the modern, contemporary side... and they had the perfect table... chairs... not so much, but we went to Walkers, and they had the EXACT white leather chairs I needed. Remember that expensive table I mentioned up above? It was dark, and modern, with white leather chairs... so I modeled my table after it, only not as expensive haha. Landon even let me go out to multiple stores and pick out what new, nice, place settings I wanted, and a center piece (Ive been dying for a table so I can have center pieces). We also scored a sweet, dark, bamboo lamp, and a gorgeous red rug to go under the table.

Our Home :)

So, as most of you know we have been slowly obtaining more and more for our apartment, and our little humble abode has started to come more and more together, and then I remembered that I have yet to post ANY pictures of it!! So tonight after I got home from buying a new bed set I decided to take some very much needed pictures of the casa de stagg... here they are!















The top two is of our kitchen, then our living room comes next (yes we have the NBA playoffs on) and it is stillin progress, the next two are our bedroom (with the new plasma :)) also still in prgress, and then our bathroom, which is basically complete. We are so proud of everything we have! We are so blessed to have the things we do! I love to make sure everything looks its best! I also cant wait to start buying pictures and decor to hang on the walls, but 1st we needed the essentials. lol.

And of course we cant forget some updated pics of our crazy high strung, energetic pup... Miss LuLu Stagg...











Potty training this crazy pup has its frustrating moments, but we love her to death! She cracks us up every day!!

We are planning on heading up to Utah for my two cousins graduation, and for the Bagely family reunion... So we have that to prepare for.. and when I say prepare I mean prepare to take LuLu on a 6 hour road trip! lol. Wish us luck!

I say this every blog, but its amazing what 2 people can accomplish together... and it also gives you the most amazing feeling to come home to your eternal companion every night ( and the craziest pup ). There is nothing better feeling I get when I am with my best friend. He is truly the most amazing person I know.

We are extremely blessed with everything the Lord has given us.

Life as it is.

Hello fellow bloggers and blog readers! How are you all doing lately?? I hope you all are doing well. So life today is AMAZING! We have had our little LuLu Bear for 1 week and she is a handful! Dont get me wrong I love the our little wolf to death but potty training can get very frustrating. I know she is still just a pup... but it does test your patience. Nontheless I love LuLu and now that she is apart of our family, I couldnt imagine our family without her in it.

Other than our little pup... work is fantastic. I keep learning more and more every day. I am also very blessed to have my job in this economy. It really is such a blessing. I love the people I work with. Landons job is going well also. He likes the hussle and bussle about being the executive runner. It keeps him on his toes and time flys. Which is always good.

Our apartment is becoming more and more like OUR home every day. I love to cook dinner on my days off, and relax on our couches with a rented movie. I enjoy spending my free time at home. I actually enjoy cleaning and doing laundry. As a housewife I enjoy having everything clean and dinner almost done by the time Landon gets home.. I feel very accomplished when that happens. :)

Landon is my life! As most of you probably know my birthday was May 14th. We had an agreement that LuLu was my birthday present and that was it, and we would go to dinner and a movie. I worked on my birthday so we celebrated the 13th. Landon texted me and asked me if I wanted my present the 13th or 14th. Me being the little kid I am, of course I chose the sooner date. So Landon got off work and came inside and told me to go in the bedroom. About 10 minutes later hecame in holding a red velvet cake topped with creme cheese frosting, and a bag from Red Rock Spa. I opened it up and Landon had set up a Spa day for me. I almost died! I was sooo excited! So I made the appointment today :).

When i got to Red Rock I had to keep my jaw from dropping I was soo AMAZED! I got a 50 minute massage, manicure and pedicure. It was just what the doctor ordered. I felt like a queen. My husband knows me well, and takes SUCH good care of me. I am the LUCKIEST girl alive.

I feel so lucky to have Landon as my husband. He makes sure that I am always taken care of. I can honestly say I will never take this man for granted. I appreciate all he does for me! I Love You Landon!

Lately...

Ok, After moving in to our new place, having ZERO furniture kind of got old pretty quick... yes it was fun for a little bit... and I mean a LITTLE bit. So last saturday my wonderful husband and I had an idea that we would go out and price out different couches. We knew 3 things we wanted out of our couch.. 1) Good Price 2)Leather and 3) Comfortable. The 1st place we decided to look was at R.C. Willey. Landon had seen that they were having a really good saleon leather couches. We walked in, and started in the leather section... and we loved the color, price, and comfort of this one...

Now, this is only the loveseat... they were out of stock on the actual couch so we are still waiting for that...
It is REALLY nice to come home and watch TV on a couch instead of the ground.. haha.
Now along with the couch also came something else that my (more than deserving) husband has been wanting, a new TV to put in the bedroom on the wall. So while at R.C. Willey we decided to check those out too... and got a very good price on it.
Landon took on the project of hanging it up on our wall last weekend.
So with our new couches, and TV we are waiting for 1 more thing for our home to be complete... our puppy.


We have officially decided to change her name from Taylor Swift to LuLu (in France thats what poms are called). She will be 6 weeks on May 5th, and that is when we get to go pick her up. We went to see her 2 saturdays ago and she was the tiniest thing with a squeak as a bark, and the sweetest puppy breath! We really cant wait.

Other than everything else that is going on, I would just like to throw in how blessed I am to have all that I have. I have my Best Friend to be my team-mate through this all, I have someone I KNOW I can depend on 100%, and someone who loves me unconditionally. Landon has been amazing through everything. Sometimes I wonder what I did in my life to deserve such an amazing husband. I cannot express to him all the respect and appreciation I have for everything he does. He really is my rock. He really puts in a lot of things in perspective for me. For those of you who know me, i can sometimes be a handful of over reactions, but Landon knows what to do and what to say to keep my head from spinning. I love this man with all of my heart and soul, and I love calling him my Eternal Companion. I Love You Baby.
