Lake Havasu

So sorry for the delayed posts my fellow blogging friends. But I am back, and I am NOT going anywhere. You see, since the day we moved into our new home, our computer has been in the shop.. something with the motherboard and what not... But since we have moved we have had some adventures I must not deprive you of. Haha.

Lake Havasu 2011...

Most of you know (and if you dont you will now) that my sister, my brother , my mother, and I are very close, but we live in different states (or opposites sides of a state)... My sister lives in Georgia, brother in Nor. Cal, mom in Southern Cal, and I in Vegas... this makes it very hard to get all of us in one place at the same time. Anywho, every summer my mom goes to GA to pick up my niece Genesis for a few months... and this year my sister was not in school so she was able to work it out where she got to fly here to Vegas (closest airport to my mommy) and spend the whole week on this side of the country. Story begins. My sister and baby nephew flew in on a Thursday, she was our 1st house guest, I worked till Friday, then my brother flew in on Saturday, Landon, Alyse, and I picked my brother up from the airport and headed out to my moms house in Big River California. When we got there we all changed into our swim suits and took the Jet Skis on the river (I didnt get pics of this because I forgot my camera). We ate and hung out and shared some good laughs talking about when we were kiddos. On Sunday we decided to take the boat to Lake Havasu. This was the BEST part of the trip. We spent literally the ENTIRE day tubing, my step dad Rick had us flying across the water at a cool 50mph... I havent gone tubing in so long... It was perfect. Sunday night Landon, JJ, and I drove back to Vegas because J had to fly back home for work Monday, and Landon had work Monday morning as well. On Tuesday my mom, Rick, Alyse, Genesis, and Drayton came to spend the night at our house so we could go back to school shopping together for Genesis. My sister left back to GA that Wednesday. It was a fast, but much needed trip. I cannot express how grateful I am for family... Even though we get caught up in our separate lives, I love that from this year forward we will have 1 time each year to get us all together.

Now... the Pics... (there is a TON btw)
