Happy 1st Anniversary to US!!

On August 8th 2009, I was sealed to the man that out beats any. Saying he is the man of my dreams is TRULY an understatement, because he is SO much more than I could of ever dreamed for. He came into my life at perfect time, the time I needed someone the most, and for that, he is my angel. I take GREAT comfort in knowing that I have this more than perfect being in my life for Time and all Eternity. He has brought so many blessings into my life it is unreal. I love this man with all of my heart and soul, and there is no doubt in my mind that he is my Soul-Mate.

So to celebrate this mile-stone in our life we had made reservations at Red Rock Resort (where we spent 2 nights of our honeymoon). We were booked for just a regular room, but my manager Joe pulled some strings and surprised us when we got there... we were booked for a Signature Suite (not the same as the Luxury Suite, but definitely, just as nice. Thanks King Joe)...

So once we got checked in we got in our swimsuits and headed down to the BEAUTIFUL Red Rock Pool. We stayed there for about an hour, but then it started to sprinkle rain, and we wanted to make sure we had plenty of time to eat and get ready for our evening agenda.

After we got cleaned up we lounged around the room in our oh so soft robes, and decided we would order room service.. Just like we did 1 year ago to date... (on our honeymoon we ordered pizza as soon as we got to the room because we were STARVING, and we love pizza, so we wanted to make it a new tradition that where ever we are, we are going to order room service pizza on our anniversary) So we ordered Pizza, Hot Wings, Chili Cheese Fries, and 2 Pepsis.... Junk food fest?? i think so... Did we absolutely LOVE it??? DUUHH!!

We finished eating, and got ready to go see Le Reve at the Wynn Hotel... I have been wanting to see this show since we 1st moved here, so we decided to go! It was amazing! I was in awe 100% of the time! I cannot get over how breathtaking it was. So we decided to make another tradition every anniversary (unless we are out of town) we want to see EVERY show (except for the bad ones) that Las Vegas has to offer.

The traditional gift for the 1st anniversary is paper. So for our gifts we did the La Reve tickets, and also I am ordering our wedding album that I made on my memory-mixer.

I could not have asked for a better one year anniversary. In fact we could of stayed home, ordered pizza, and rented a movie and I would of loved that just as much, as long as I was with Landon, I really didnt care what we did. Buutt staying at Red Rock, and pigging out on junk food, and seeing Le Reve was amazing! And I LOVED every second of it!
