Hot Springs

Yesterday, Landon and I decided to go on an adventure to find hot springs. We googled some places and found there was one about an hour north of is, so we packed up and hit the road. We stopped at ghost town in Rhyolite, Nevada... Because, why not?

Then we headed to Beatty, Nevada, where we went to Baileys Hot Springs. We paid $8 each, and got a key to a private tub.  The hot sprigs are all natural, so they're basically a hole in the ground, and that's where the water comes from. They built cabins around each spring, so you could have your privacy. After we soaked, we chatted with the owners for a minute and they showed us their animal collection..

After that place, we headed out towards Death Valley to go to Topaca, California for the "Topaca Hot Springs". When we got there it was similar to the first one...
This is what the inside looks like.

All in a it was about an 8 hour, huge circle that we went in.

It was so awesome to jam to music, and go an exploring adventure. I'm so grateful for a husband who likes to go on crazy last minute adventures with me.
