Cali: Day 7

Friday morning, Landon, Jace, and I woke up at 4:00am to go deep sea fishing. Landon and Jace LOVE fishing so I thought it would be awesome for all of us to go! We left the dock at 6:00am. When we got to our first stop, I was getting a little queasy... I have never been on a boat for a long period of time in the middle of the ocean. So I took a few deep breaths an conquered threw that motion sickness. Our second stop, we were fishing for Rockfish. Jace was the first to catch one... Then he caught a second. Landon and I were getting disappointed until BAM! We both caught one right after another. We only have pic of Jace with his... But they all looked the same lol. 

We got to keep our fish, and they filleted them for us :) 

After deep sea fishing Landon and I RUSHED across the little marina to get to the parasailing place... Once we got there they told us it was canceled again due to winds.. LAME! 

So we took advantage of this and napped on the beach, until it was ready for dinner in Old Towne. 

When we got to Old Towne we went to dinner at this mexican restaurant, and then we attempted to do some shopping... Instead Landon, Brittany, Ally, and I got a few laughs at some of the cooks that ran stores there. 

When we got home, we packed up our things, because the next morning was time to go home.

I cannot express enough how much fun this trip was. We are all so grateful to Puppa an Stace for making this trip possible. We loved spending a week with the family in the beach house, and spending quality time with one another. I love this family so much, and am so grateful to call them MY family.
