The MOB

A while back a family that Landon home teaches told him about this awesome "mob" themed restaurant. He came home and told me about it, and I thought, how much fun would that be to go with Jace, Kaitlyn, and Ally. So we rounded everyone up and planned on going to Capos and then to the Tropicana for the Mob museum.

Capos was SO amazing. It was so old Las Vegas. You ring a bell, and you think the red door will open, but it doesn't. This little hidden window opens, and a creepy guy asks what you want, you obviously tell him you have reservations, and a hidden door opens to let you in. They had a live singer singing old songs, it was super dark, and the whole place was awesome! Although the service was slow (typical for authentic Italian restaurants) the food was phenomenal.

After dinner, we WERE planning on the Mob Museum.. but they closed at 9 and we didnt get done with dinner till 830 :( oh well next time... But we did decide to go do the New York New York.... We got unlimited rides, and went on like 6 times.. we were all about to puke. And I may or may not have had a upset discussion with the supervisor because all the employees that ran the coaster were total "A-Holes"... we played some arcade games and called it a night. It was EASILY one of the most fun nights.

I am SO grateful for this family I married into. I love each one of them SO much!

  1. You're making me want to move to Vegas! A mob-themed italian restaurant? Talk about ingenius. I'm going to have to remember that next time I'm there.
