Lu Bear is 1!

K I know, I know, I talk about these furballs like children, but in a way they are like my little kiddies.

1 year ago today, Lu Bear was born. Landon and I had been looking for puppies for MONTHS and I knew what I wanted... A Blue Merle Pom... this weekend (last year) we were heading up to Orem for Landon's cousins wedding. When we got back we were to pack up and move into our new apartment.
I called Lus breeder on the 27th, and asked her if her doggies had had any new puppies (knowing they were due this weekend) and she said yes, out of 4 litters she had 1 Blue Merle Parti... without hesitation I said we'll take her.
We drove up to Pahrump 2 weeks after she was born to meet this little girl who, at the time, had only 1 eye open.... When I first held her she licked my nose with her little puppy breathed tongue.
May 5th was the actual date we got to take her home. I was SOO excited.
Now shes grown into her own little personality, and its HILARIOUS! Not one day goes by when I dont laugh at this doggy.

SOO with my "child like" rant about my dog, i'll tell you that today was a special day. I bought her a "Cake" (treat that looks like a cake) for her and Milo Moo to snack on, and I got her a new toy (like this dog needs any more)
