For those of you who know me, this man was dearest to my heart. He raised me and my older brother and sister along side with my Grandma Seely. They taught us so many things in life. How to be responsible, respectful, and to always be there for one another. He hand built our home, and our cabin in Scofield, Utah. He was photographer in World War II, he was a GENIUS at math, he also worked as a state park ranger. He loved his family, and his wife more than anything. He cherished his kids (even though he showed it in different ways), and his grand kids kept him on his toes. JJ actually took my Grandpas last name (seely), He knew Alyse was capable of anything she put her mind to, and me, well he mostly bought me pizza. lol. jk. kind of. He always spoke of a Guardian Angel... an Angel who watches over you constantly... He was a true believer in this. Grandpa Seely... Leith, passed away on May 14th, my birthday, and it is that fact alone that makes me not only think, but KNOW he is my Guardian Angel.
I would give ANYTHING for him and my Grandma to have been here (physically) to see me get sealed in the Temple, but I definitely know for a fact they were there spiritually. I also know that they are looking down on each and everyone of , and they are MORE than proud to see my brother, graduated from U Dub with a degree in accounting, has a book of poetry published, and has a CD out. To see my sister, a respiratory tech, with a beautiful healthy 5year old daughter, and a baby boy on the way. My mom changing her life completely around, now re-married, owning her own house... and doing AMAZING. and me, worthy enough to be married to man like Landon.
We love you Gramps, we think about you everyday.
