Day 13- A Letter to Someone Who Has Hurt You Recently

Dear Guest that I checked in today,
You were very rude to me, and to LIE to my manager and say that I was being rude to you, when I was simply explaining what the hotel service fee was, and why you were being charged it (everyone is charged it), hurt my feelings. I get you were upset.. I do... But I wasn't being rude to you in any way. I just thought you would like to know why you were charged 16.79 per day... get over it, and THANK me for informing you.
